Moishe House

Directions: 6217 SW 33rd Pl; Portland, OR 97239.  From Vermont St., turn onto 34th heading north; bare to the right on 33rd Pl (which is not well marked) and we’re down the hill on the left, after about 10 houses.

What is it?  Check out The Forest Foundation website (http://theforestfoundation.net/moishe_display.asp), for more information.

Basically, though, it’s a house where Jodi Berris, Matt Peterson, and Jeremy Rogers live, and a house from which many events are planned for the 20s/30s crowd.  There are events for other ages too.  Events include parties, Shabbat dinners, sports leagues, and Judaic/Hebrew studies.  Beer is plentiful, as well.  Check out the events listed below and feel free to contact us anytime, whether you’ve lived in Portland for a while, you just moved here, or are thinking about visiting.  If you need a place to stay during your visit, let us know that too.
